Fun boy search for his father leads him to Puerto Rico he's a 6 ft tall 180 lb Marcus vegan and the owner of a premature mustache when you look like this and you're only in the 8th grade you're both a great threat and a Target after a school fight leaves Marcus facing suspension Marcus his mom decides it's time for a change she takes Marcus and his younger brother to Puerto Rico to spend a week with relatives and they don't remember that they don't remember and have never met but Marcus knowing that his father who walks out of their lives 10 years ago is somewhere on the island Marcus's journey takes them all over Puerto Rico he doesn't know if he'll ever find his father but what he ultimately discovers changes his life and even though it's a little bit of Spanish along the way
