1949 edition. Kent McIntosh has saved enough money to buy a small plane, the Pilgrim. Along with his dog and co-pilot, Husky, he becomes a brush-hopper, delivering supplies to mining camps. All goes well until the plane goes down in the wilderness and Husky must save both Kent’s life and the rest of the dog team.
