1999, stated first edition, Olympic Vision Publishers, 273 pages. Very rare book! (I found only 2 copies on the internet that were higher-priced.) Almost excellent condition. I did not list it as such because the pages’ outer edges are slightly soiled (see picture). The cover is still shiny, though there is minor corner and edge wear, a front corner bend, and a front crease. Clean pages inside. Black and white photos and illustrations are found throughout the book.
