Set in modern times, The Alchemist's Journey follows Finn Graye, the reluctant Alchemist. Finn was once a Knight of the Magistracy, the entity protecting our world from supernatural threats. While consumed with grief, Finn commits a rash act that costs him his knighthood and the right to practice magic. On the advice of his godfather - a 2000 year old sentient cat named Thaddeus Grimm - Finn accepts the long abandoned Alchemist post to find new purpose for his life. Five years later, a tragedy occurs that is remarkably similar to the one that ultimately cost him his place at the Magistracy. Finn finds himself in opposition to a group of mages and extra-dimensional beings intent on destroying our world. Hopefully, Finn's allies - a Vampire Lord, a Werewolf Alpha, an ex-Witch, and Thaddeus, the most powerful mage on Earth - coupled with his Alchemist skills will be enough to save Earth as well as our entire universe.
